Major update: my Grandma passed on about 4:30 PM today. All of my family that's down there was with her, and she went very very peacefully. My grandpa (her husband... they've been married 60 years!) was holding her hand, and my mom had her arm around my grandpa.

That is so sad! And happy at the same time, since to be with Christ is no sorrow. I will be praying for comfort for your family though.
